This 46' yacht is a boater's dream, as it's a full size 2-bedroom, 2 bath floating condo. It has NEVER floated in salt water (Lake Michigan and Lake Winnipesaukee only). The rear deck "sunroom" is fully enclosed with a hard-top roof and 2 plexiglass doors. All isinglass (including the bridge) has recently been replaced, and the aft deck has custom privacy curtains. This 2 yr/old isinglass incorporates all leak-proof zippers as an added attraction.

Moving forward from the salon and galley is the bow guest suite. The bed comfortably sleeps 2, has an overhead skylight, and the large head includes a toilet, sink, vanity, and shower. This bow space features plenty of drawer and ample cabinet storage (both hanging and under the bed).

The "boat" part of this condo features twin 340 hp MerCruiser gas engines, 2 x 200-gal fuel tanks, a 130 gallon water tank, and 75 gallon holding tanks. The vaccuflush toilet(s), sinks, and faucets have been flawless, and a full laundry suite aboard (washer/dryer) have never been used.

The must-have addition of both bow and stern "Sideshift" thrusters 2 years ago have make docking a breeze, even on a windy day. These thrusters allow the captain to transfer the boat almost sideways into a slip. This has changed the job of docking this gargantuan 13-ton boat into the fun part of any cruise, easily impressing all nearby boaters.

The addition of a fully stabilized KVH TracVision with a TV1 motion dish antenna makes TV and movie viewing available across the globe. The 44" HD television is 2 years old.
