Broker's Notes: Why is the owner selling? A common question that's answered with a phrase ending with "Itis". In this case, my clients enjoyed boating to the point of contracting Five-Foot-Itis, the need for a boat 5 foot longer. Their recent purchase of a newer 320 Sundancer was just what the psychiatrist ordered. Since one dock won't accommodate 2 boats, they've decided to offer their 270 up for adoption.
This 270 Sundancer is equipped with the rare factory generator option. That means whoever ordered this boat new was willing to pay the extra bucks for air-conditioning and heat while away from dock along with many other comforts requiring 120 volts.
Sea Ray was founded in 1959 and in 1975 they introduced the Sundancer series, known for their well designed express style along with high build quality.
