The 230 Bay features a forward deck step with 5-gallon bucket storage and increased space in both the front and rear of the deck.
The hull sides and deck boxes are filled with foam to reduce noise while underway, provide better insulation for fish and cooler boxes, and improve overall safety.
Hulls and decks undergo gel coating, followed by the application of a vinyl ester barrier coat on all hulls to prevent osmotic blistering from the waterline down. Additionally, capping knuckles and hull sides are gel coated to enhance the profile.
