What is included in the advertised price and what costs are passed on to the buyer?

-State Sales Tax is collected if the buyer resides in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Tax is collected at the buyer's tax rate, you will not be charged state sales tax twice if you live in one of these state.

-The 3-YEAR factory warranty is valid thru Feb 14, 2025 purchases, after, the factory warranty will be the standard 1-YEAR. This is in lieu of the current Sea-Doo finance offer.

-The trailer is included in this offer as part of the purchase, the trailer can be purchased separately and the price varies, see the website for specifics.

-The Sea-Doo Commodity Charge of $1,400 is NOT being passed on to the buyers of the 2023 models, this is legitimate charge the dealers paid for the 2023 models, regardless of what you have been told. The 2024 models did not experience a commodity charge

-The Sea-Doo freight charge is $2,500, Sea-Doo charges us the same for all the boats, regardless of where the dealer is located in the US. This makes it easier for the dealer and buyers alike, and yes, we pass this cost on to the buyer. This fee also includes our service associates to unpack the boat/trailer and prepare it for you, this is not a simple task, this takes a lot of time and skills to do it right.

-The Sea-Doo Boat Show incentive ($3,500-$7,000) is to take place Feb 14th thru Feb 23rd . We know in advance the incentives so that you can plan accordingly, we must have your deposit (credit card ONLY) before Feb 14th, the $1,000 deposit is non-refundable, The deposit funds will be sent to Sea-Doo and this will secure your Boat Show incentive, we will email/text you your Sea-Doo certificate number in the month of February.

-The Dealer Doc Fee is $199, this fee is to offset the costs of generating the legal paperwork, digitizing the paperwork for storage, cataloging the paperwork for the required time required by the state of Indiana, interim plates for the boat and trailer if needed, and much more.

-State Title Application Fee $30.00, we pass on this cost in the event you are an Indiana resident. If you reside elsewhere, the fee may be waived in some circumstances.

Why is Flat Out offering some select Sea-Doo Switch models with black powder coated trailers and galvanized trailers at the same price, even though there is a significant price difference on Sea-Doo website? Due to the way some of the boats were acquired, we passed the saving along to the end user in the same way we acquired the inventory. This is why some boats may be the same price to the end user, but different discounts are in place to get the end user's price the same between the different trailer finishes.

What if I live in a coastal area and I must have a galvanized trailer, but the boat I want is equipped with a black powder coated trailer? We might be able to move a trailer from one boat to another, depending on how the boat was originally invoiced to us, you might have to pay the difference between the trailer finishes. This will be a case-by-case situation, it really depend on inventory at the time of the request.

Are these boats used or demonstrators, Not to best of our knowledge (unless specifically stated in the description), we will confirm every boats condition prior to any customer taking delivery, we will keep the electronic file of the specific boat this file can be reviewed at a later time if needed, this is referred to as the BUDS File, we will disclose any condition of concern prior to the buyer taking delivery, if needed. We require at least 30 calendar days before any boat is to be picked up after the financial commitment is made between us and the buyer. This is to allow our service team to perform any bulletins, unpack the boat and trailer, verify the condition, bench test the boat.

How can Flat Out Motorsports offer this opportunity, and my local Sea-Doo dealer does not? Flat Out Motorsports and select other dealers chose to purchase more than 3+ Million of factory inventory, while the factory did not give specific reason for the non-current boats being sold to the highest bidders in tranches, the thesis is that the Switch boats are likely repossession from the dealer network. Your local dealer is not to be at fault that they cannot match the prices, unless the dealer is able to absorb a $5-15k loss on the sale, please DO NOT fault your local dealer.

Why did Sea-Doo build so many boats and choose to discount them like we see on the Flat Out Motorsports website? The orders for these boats took place at the peak of the euphoric spending of the covid-19 crisis, once the boats arrived at the dealerships, the economy was on track to return to normalcy (interest rates were rising quickly). While the Sea-Doo Switch brand is one of the fastest growing pontoon brands in the nation, the dealer orders displayed toxic positivity, basically dealers did not account for the slow down among other factors. Sea-Doo will not allow this to occur gain, orders for 2025 and forward will be based on the market opportunity, not dealer and consumer euphoria.

What is the difference between the CRUISE and SPORT packages on the 18' and 21' models? While the exact specifics are on the Sea-Doo website, basically it comes down to the SPORT Package comes with the sun pads & sports lounge®, and sun pad backrest in the bow, while the CRUISE Package comes with 4 seats (18') or 6 seats (21') in the bow, depending on length of the vessel. The SPORT Package comes 1 additional seat on the port side compared to the CRUISE Package(s). The SPORT Package has a sport front fence, while the CRUISE Package has the full height front fence.

Can I purchase an 18' or 21' length Sea-Doo Switch Sport Package boat and add seating similar to the CRUISE Package? Yes, we normally stock the seats to add equivalent seating to a SPORT Package model, the benefit of this is that you will have the seating of a CRUISE Package and SPORT Package (Sun Lounger), and the performance features of the SPORT Package, all while investing about the same as purchasing the CRUISE model to begin with. This is not well understood by most buyers. '18 CRUISE Bow Seating is $3,400, '21 CRUISE Bow Seating is $3,800. Just remember you can reduce the cost, if you repurpose one of the seats on the port side to the bow, as the SPORT Package has 1 more port seat than the CRUISE Package does.

Does the Sea-Doo switch come free of charge accessories like mooring cover, sunshade extensions, double bimini, LinQ lite fender kit etc? No unless specifically stated on the corporate website for the specific make, model and year of the vessel. We have Sea-Doo Switch Essential kits in stock, we will contact you with specifics prior to you taking delivery of the boat.

What if the new boat has a little sun fade or trailer hand crank scuffs? The boats are likely to have some fade on the trailer and lower toons, these boats have been stored outside with shrink wrap or mooring covers on them. We will discuss any issues with you before you make the drive to pick up the boat, to ensure all parties have a clear understating of any potential issues if they arise.

What is the warranty on the Sea-Doo trailer, warranty is covered by the manufacturer of the trailer, which is Karavan® Trailers. Our experience is that unless it's a catastrophic failure of some kind, do not expect any claim to be covered on the trailer.

Will the Sea-Doo Pontoon dealer honor the factory warranty? Yes, any Sea-Doo pontoon dealer will honor the factory warranty

Will my local Sea-Doo PWC ONLY dealer service/preventive maintenance my Sea-Doo pontoon? You will need to ask them, but generally the service is the same as PWC. The dealer must be a Sea-Doo pontoon authorized dealer to be compensated for any warranty work performed.

Is the Sea-Doo battery warranty coverage the same as the Sea-Doo boat, No, it's a wear item per the Sea-Doo warranty guidelines. We will verify the battery is in good operating condition before you take possession of the boat, as the battery is a sealed VRLA battery and factory activated prior to shipping from the factory. We will replace the battery as needed with a comparable quality battery. Do not expect the battery to last the first season, if it does, you're a winner.

Does the Sea-Doo Switch Sport Compact 13 come with a GARMIN® for the 2024 models? No, it's sold as an accessory for model 2024-2025 Sport Compacts.
