Built by one of the most iconic sportfishing builders in the world this Ricky Scarborough custom 26 SportFish it’s a one-off-only boat. Originally built by Ricky Sr himself. this was a 26-foot workboat skiff with a single Cummins inboard engine. in 1998 it went through a custom restoration and refit by Weaver Boat Works in South Carolina. They removed the bridge deck, and the single Cummins engine and installed two new Yanmar 6Y 170 hp turbocharged Freshwater cooled inboard engines. The sheer line was cut down by 6 inches. The cabin was restored. The boat has airconditioning and heat as well as an inverter system ti run the bulkhead mounted color TV. Combing boards were installed along with a custom transom live well. A Marlin tower was installed with a buggy top, controls, and outriggers. The hull was repainted in Seafoam green. the current owner recently 2023 installed a custom dash and switch panel a new Simrad 12-inch NSS GPS/Fishfinder display and radar, VHF Radio, and stereo. All the 12 Volt wiring was replaced. An electric engine hatch was installed for easy access to the bilge.  New Perko raw water strainers were installed.  The engines went through a total mechanical inspection and replacement of hoses, belts, thermostats, water pumps, and impellers along with many other engine parts The underwater gear was removed. Props were re-pitched and balanced, prop shafts were checked for straightness and couplers were refaced. There is a new console and helm chair cover.  The helm chair is a custom mahogany chair valued at 6000.00 along with a one-off last of the "Murray Brothers" custom tackle center.  This is a one-of-a-kind and rare opportunity to own a one-of-a-kind Ricky Scarborough custom sport Fish.
