S2 11.0a 36' Performance Cruising sloop 1979 Finisterre

S2 Yachts 11.0a aft cockpit sloop is an IOR inspired design typical of many racer/cruisers of the mid 1970's through the mid 1980's. Finisterre is an excellent example of the design that has been well cared for and intelligently updated by her experienced owners of the past 14 years. Numerous quality upgrades of this finely tuned vessel include:

1) Beta 35 HP diesel and sail drive (690hrs) & high output alternator in 2018.

2) New house and engine batteries and heavy DC wiring in 2022, new AC charger in 2019

3) Propane stove/oven, refrigeration, H/C water, forced air diesel furnace, BBQ

4) Beautiful interior with all teak woodwork and newer foam and fabrics

5) Battened mainsail with two reefs (2013) & 130% furling genoa (2021) by UK Sails

6) Standing rigging replaced and new traveller installed in 2013

6) Raymarine plotter/sounder/radar/AIS/auto pilot in 2019

7) New fuel and water tanks in 2014

8) Electric windlass, Rocna 33lb anchor with ample chain & rode, seawater washdown system

9) Encapsulated fin keel (no bolts) and partial skeg rudder, epoxy barrier coat, ablative bottom paint 5/25
