This is the epitome of a pocket cruiser. She has strong Mercruiser Power, a Generator to run the AC away from the Dock and loads of Custom Features. She has been stored in Fresh Water or dry Storage her entire life. Just has bottom job and is ready to go. Her owners have already purchase a new boat and have priced her to move.
In her cabin she has a dinette forward which converts to a berth. Next aft she has her galley to port and enclosed head and shower to starboard. There is a mid-cabin berth under the cockpit. Up to the exterior where she had her anchor locker and windless forward. Nice sun deck area before the windshield. Her helm is to starboard with a 10' Garmin for navigation. She has a lounge to port and nice seat at her transom. The cockpit and sim platform has been upgraded with synthetic teak flooring.
