Machinery Space

The machinery space is accessed via a watertight centerline powered cockpit deck hatch from the swim platform or via the watertight hatch centerline in the cockpit. The machinery space houses the main engines, generator, fuel tanks, freshwater tank, batteries and charger, and the majority of pumps and seacocks.

Helm Deck

The helm was found spacious with good seating. The helm was found forward to starboard with all engine controls, gauges, and electronics easy to hand. Steps inboard of the helm lead to the foredeck. There is a bench style helm seat with wraparound seating to port of the helm with a table in the center. There is a wet bar aft of the helm housing a sink and refrigerator with an icemaker. Access to the salon is forward to port via the sliding hatch.

Cockpit & Swim Platform

This is of an adequate size and allows easy handling of docking lines. There is a large sun lounger aft with an adjustable backrest and outboard to starboard is the transom gate and step leading to the swim platform. There are steps to port and starboard for access to the side deck. There is a deck hatch forward on the centerline and a powered deck hatch which lifts the aft seating to allow access to the machinery space from the swim platform.

Side-Decks, Foredeck & Hardtop

The side decks are of adequate size to allow easy movement fore and aft. Forward of the windshields is a large sunpad and there are two escape hatches from the interior outboard and on from the master stateroom forward. The anchor windlass was found securely installed forward on the centerline with deck hatches adjacent for access to the chain locker.

Interior

The vessels interior comprises of an open salon and galley area with one guest cabin, an aft seating area, and one wet head. Unless otherwise noted in findings below, all cabinetry and joinery were found well installed and wood finishes were found in good condition, carpets were found clean and neatly fitted to interior spaces and headliners were all found tight with no obvious sagging or deterioration

Salon & Galley

The salon is accessed from the helm deck and comes with the standard layout consisting of the galley to port and the sofa to starboard with a table in front, and TV mounted aft. This sofa can also be converted into a berth. Forward to port is the wet head. There are deck hatches allowing access to bilge areas below the salon sole. The bilges contain the grey water sump, A/C raw water pump and inlet, and storage forward.

Master Stateroom

The master stateroom is accessed all the way forward in the companionway and comes with a double berth to port, carpeted floors, good storage in lockers and drawers. The TV is mounted aft above the berth.

Aft Seating Area

The aft seating area is located aft to starboard from the companionway and comes with a large wraparound sofa that can be converted into a berth. There is a TV mounted above the sofa to port with the water heater outboard in the adjacent locker. The wastewater tank can be accessed by the bilge hatches below the sofa.
