Offering about as much cabin room as one can find in a legal-width trailerable cruiser, the Regal 2565 Window Express brightens the normally subterranean feel of a typical express cruiser thanks to a large skylight with removable shade panels which comes up from the foredeck and spans almost full beam to flood the salon with light.
The significance of this feature can clearly can be seen in the two sets of listing photos, the first set with shades removed and the second with them installed.
As far as the rest of the cabin accommodations, they include a head with vacu-flush toilet, a galley with fridge, stove, and microwave, an aft mid-cabin berth for two, and a convertible dinette/settee in the v-berth forward, all of course kept comfortable in the heat or cold thanks to reverse cycle air conditioning.
The cockpit boasts several configurations of seating, with a fold-down transom bench seat, a portside bench with insert, and a moveable seat back which enables face-forward or aft seating and/or chaise bench.
To starboard is a wet bar with sink, trash or storage compartment in the vanity, and a portable cooler compartment with cooler, as well as a hot and cold transom shower and walk-through transom door to the large swim platform with swim ladder aft.
The helm is well instrumented and ergonomic, with good visibility, and the vessel is powered by a reliable 300-horsepower, fuel-injected Volvo Penta V8 turning the equally reliable DuoProp drive.
This boat also includes a bimini top as well as isinglass and full canvas camper back enclosure for those extended seasons or overnights in foul or buggy weather.
