This Ranger Tugs R-23 (named Palapala) is powered by a 200 HP Yamaha outboard. The R-23 is a beautiful boat, curved windshield, glass atrium salon with multiple overhead skylights. There is no shortage of light or visibility onboard the R-23, which incorporates four opening roof hatches, sliding side windows, and an opening glass bulkhead, providing a very open and airy feeling inside and out. Opening portlights also allow for a nice cross breeze in the cabin. Palapala is a navy blue R-23 that is 100% Fresh Water with only 56 hours on the engine.

The salon cabin on the R-23 features teak table dinette (that converts to pit couch/sleeper), forward V-Berth sleeping for two also has teak table conversion. The mid berth (under the dinette) is great storage, and can also sleep small children or pets. The galley on the R-23 is standard with refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, and microwave. The forward head includes a marine toilet with holding tank, shower ability, sink, and mirror. The Ranger Tugs R-23 is standard with Garmin GPS chartplotter, sonar and this boat has the optional xHD radar, and auto pilot, VHF and illuminated compass. LED Lighting in throughout the boat is great for reading and indirect rope lighting is nice touch. The cockpit on the R-23 is ready to entertain with two folding bench seats, the convertible aft dinette seat also makes a perfect conversational effect for cockpit entertaining. Walk out swim platform, and recessed rod holders with abundant in floor cockpit storage. Washdown pump and hose included to keep the boat clean even underway. Built in telescoping ladder on swim platform is deep and optional patio rails make it safe and allows for excess storage of bikes, coolers, etc.
