I have owned this boat for going on 3 years and the family is outgrowing it. We also have a busy summer planned and don't see using it much. I've caught Cobia out of the fold down tower and been 30 miles out from the Destin pass. She isn't a speed demon but likes to cruise around 20 in average conditions. She has never left me stranded. I love that she is deep enough inside to keep the kids contained and still has a big enough hull to head offshore. She is pretty dry and solid for a 22 footer.

I'm including the following: T-Bag for Life Jackets (fit well above the leaning post), 6 Life Jackets, 100+ Ft. of Anchor Line w/ Chain and Anchor, 2 Docks Lines, Extra 100 Ft. of Anchor Line, First Aid Kit (unopened), Flare Gun w/ Flares, Bow Shade (after market only used a couple times), and Throw Cushion.

The motor was serviced in December of 2023 and I had the plugs, zincs, anodes, fuel filter, oil, impeller, and lower unit lube changed. Motor also just serviced.

Oil, lower unit lube, and racor just changed.

There are a few small things that I will work on if I have time but wanted to add on the listing.

✅ Few Screws on dash and flip up seat cushion need replacing

✅ I had a 2nd bilge pump planned but never installed. Hose either needs plugging or pump installed.

✅ No Anchor Light - Bow Lights Red/Green Work

✅ No fuel gauge - She holds 90 gallons. I tried fixing this a few times and finally just sealed off the hole where the sending unit goes.

As mentioned she is turn key water ready but a there are a couple small things that could use some attention. I also have some bottom fishing and trolling gear including rods/reels/tackle /gaffs that is not included but is available.
