The owner has instructed me to reduce the asking price by an incredible $40,000 to facilitate a quick sale before Mid September when he hauls the boat for the Winter lay up so the clock it ticking!!
The current owner purchased the boat here in Massachusetts in 2010 from another multiple Post owner. A very clean cruised only example with low hours constant mechanical and structural updates.
Entering through the starboard side door the sheer volume of the Salon size immediately stands out. The rich teak cabin wood and the Off While leatherette soft goods work well together. To Port is a large L shaped settee with storage below and opposite to Starboard is a matching color dinette with a large Teak table. Aft of the dinette is a single barrel chair and by the bulkhead is a corner mounted hanging cabinet with drawer cabinet below. The upper cabinet houses the BASS Electrical 12V/110 panel and generator start up panel.
The Company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel. A buyer should instruct his agents, or his surveyors, to investigate such details as the buyer desires validated. This vessel is offered subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal without notice.
The Mid Galley design does not take take space away from the Salon like other galley up layouts. Located forward to Port the U Shaped galley is a step down from the Salon sole. There is excellent deep cabinet and drawer storage in addition to a storage area below the Teak and Holly Galley sole. The Corian counter top has a molded in sink with a Moen faucet and meal preparation is easy with excellent counter space with a recessed Princess Ceran 2 burner glass cook top and Sharp Convection Microwave. There is a full size Refrigerator/Freezer, Garbage disposal and galley exhaust fan.
Going down the companion way from the Salon the Master is amidship to the Starboard side. There is a centerline Queen berth with additional drawer storage below. The Teak interior creates a warm feel and there is excellent storage with 2 large hanging locker cabinets as well as 2 hanging lockers as soon as you enter the stateroom. Up along the headliner there are Teak cabinets the house a small television and cabinets for additional storage. There are built in end cabinets on each side of the berth with reading lights. The Bomar hatch has retractable screen and black out shade.
The Master has a dedicated en suite head with High Gloss Teak and Holly sole with a built in Glossy White vanity with matching white counter top and molded in sink and cabinet storage below. Above are 2 mirrored doors with a medicine cabinet and 2 over and under linen and towel cabinets with a Raritan head. The glass shower door opens to a generous show stall with a built in molded seat.
The VIP stateroom is located forward and has a crossed berth arrangement with the lower berth being a double to the starboard side and the Single berth above on the Port side. Below the Port berth is a Teak hanging locker with an amazing amount of storage and 2 drawers below the Starboard berth. There are built in cabinets in the Starboard side headliner and double doors the give access to the stackable separate washer and dryer. A Bomar hatch with retractable black out screen lets a ton of light in.
The VIP and Guest Stateroom share the second head that is on the Port side. A close replica of the Master head there is a built in vanity with storage below and above behind the mirrored doors. Addition linen cabinets, Teak and Holly high gloss sole, Raritan hand and a separate shower stall with a glass door.
The Guest Stateroom is opposite to the Master Stateroom and features upper and lower berths. There is a large hanging locker with additional drawer storage under the lower bunk. Each berth has a reading light and there is a Bomar hatch with retractable screen and separate back out shade.
