This Pearson 35' is located at Chester Point Marina in Chester, CT and can be easily shown by appointment. The hull was sprayed with Awlgrip in 2012! The layout consists of V-berth forward with hanging locker and drawers / chest, head with sink, mirror, shower, another hanging locker and set of drawers. Pilot's berth and another berth to starboard, table with seating which can be lowered to make double berth. Propane stove, ice box and sink. Huge cockpit 9'5" length - great for entertaining. Boat is in good condition inside and out but does needs some TLC! Great value!! Bring Offers!
