The 33-2 combined a generous sail plan with what was at the time a modern hull form. The interior layout has an aft cabin for owners / skippers and an enclosed V berth for guests, offering maximum privacy. A full head and wet locker are to port of the companionway. The aft location of the head and wet locker make it very accessible from the cockpit. To starboard of the companionway is the L shaped galley with a two burner propane stove / oven and an ice box which doubles as a navigation table. The main salon has an L-shaped settee to starboard, which can be converted to a double berth. The dinette table has drop leafs and collapses down to form a double berth. A single settee lies to port. There is ample storage above and below each settee. Forward is a V berth with a hanging locker to starboard.
