Construction
The PB45 is built on Palm Beach Motor Yachts’ proprietary V-Warp® Technology– a combination of an innovative hull form, superior construction materials, and a highly precise build process. Unlike traditional planing hulls that require excessive energy and trim adjustments to achieve optimal running angles, the PB45 maintains a consistent, flat running attitude at all speeds, resulting in a smoother, more efficient ride that requires minimal energy and fuel to achieve desired speeds.
Underway, experience optimized balance and stiffness, remarkable efficiency, and an ultra-soft ride in even the roughest conditions. All bulkheads and fixed furniture are structurally bonded to the hull and deck, creating a monocoque form that is both strong and remarkably well balanced.
- Hull and superstructure are built using the latest composite boat-building technology. E-Glass, Corcell and Airex foam, Duflex paneling, stitched multi-axial fabric, and vinylester and epoxy resins are used to produce an extremely strong and lightweight hull.
