"Omnity" is a William Crealock designed 37 footer with a canoe stern, a solidly built cruising boat known for a seakindly ride and a good turn of speed. She is a an experienced cruiser that has just recently been repowered (2024) with a 57 hp Yanmar diesel with only 150 hours on the clock.
This boat has served her current owner well for the last 20+ years and is ready for a new captain and crew. The interior of the Omnity is of original construction and finish, the galley is laid out in a functional manner with a fairly large settee to port with a table that folds up for dining and down to make more open spacing, with a long sofa to port to add more comfortable seating in the salon area. The shower-in head is forward to port and v-berth with seating forward. An additional double berth is aft to port near the seated nav station.
* Owner uses INavx on tablet for navigation. Currently no chart plotter onboard.
* Boat currently has kayak and other personal items aboard which will not be included with sale of the vessel.
