"What a Life" is a two owner Ocean Alexander 510 Classico pilothouse. Both of her owners have used her to spend weekends in Catalina, and as a dockside condo. Her salon is light and open, thanks to the large windows offering nearly 360 degree views from any vantage point. For cruising in inclement weather, her pilothouse is well equipped for navigation, and even features a large settee so that it's functional, yet also a great place to gather when cruising, or just enjoying the boat. Her 3 stateroom two head layout, with a full beam master located midships, is comfortable and inviting for owners and their guests. Her fly bridge helm is enclosed, with ample seating and an enormous aft deck that has been customized to seat 10+ of your friends.
Entering on the Eurostyle integrated 45 inch Swim Platform with three removable Transom Rails and storage in each wing for fenders and lines. The dual Transom Gates allow boarding from port or starboard. The Cockpit is spacious with an overhead that protects the fishermen from sun or rain or the person just relaxing enjoying the air. In the sole of the Cockpit is the access to the Lazarette and the Engine Room.
The Engine Room has a storage space forward of the engines with fuel tanks port and starboard. You may enter this area from the Galley sole as well. With the fuel forward of the engines there is ample room on all sides of the engines for service and maintenance.
The Lazarette is large and has storage spaces for cruising gear. The Cockpit has steps up to the full walkaround decks and a ladder to the flybridge deck that features a very custom layout with seating for 10+.
A large sliding hatch from the bridge allows access down the stairs to the Pilothouse. The Pilothouse has a Dinette Table with L-shaped seating, a Steering Station, and port and starboard door to the walking decks. Down aft is the Galley on port; U-shaped with ample storage, a full sized side by side Refrigerator, Stove with Oven, Microwave, large sink with Grohe Faucet, and more.
The main Salon is well laid out with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa on port and two occasional chairs on stbd. Down forward from the Pilothouse is the VIP forward with a Double Bed, aft is an over and under bunk room on port, the Forward Head and shower service these staterooms.
The Owner's Stateroom is amidship with a large Queen Bed and ample storage lockers. The Head is to port with a large stall shower. The interior wood is varnished Aniegre; a wood like light cherry with warmth and tone. The Black Galaxy Granite on the countertops, custom flooring throughout, and tasteful decor make this a stunning yacht.
