Purchased new by the current owner. Ocean Alexanders have always produced a very high-quality yacht, and the 45 Sedan with her handsome styling, seaworthy hull, and tasteful accommodations will not disappoint.
She has a practical layout, with a spacious primary stateroom, a large head with a walk-in shower. She features a second stateroom room with two single beds and a second head. The salon has a couch that pulls out to form a double bed.
She offers a roomy cockpit, with wide walk around side decks, high rails which make you feel safe and secure in any sea state. An extended bridge which has ample storage, and a terrific patio social gathering space.
Engine maintenance has been completed. Ready to go, a real turnkey vessel. Maintenance and service for both engines are current recommendations of Cat C-7 Recommendations. Heat exchangers and transmission coolers cleaned; aftercoolers inspected; and water hoses replaced on engines and generator in March 2025. Engine surveys done by Carter Power Systems in March 2025. Achieved full power RPM with temperatures and pressures are normal. Copies are available. Current oil samples are "green".
