We're pleased to present this 1995 Ocean 53 Convertible, powered by twin MAN D2842 1200HP engines.
MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION, owner has purchased his new boat and wants this one sold. We can show the boat at any time for anyone that is interested. We will also have the boat open from 11-2 on Saturday February 21st for anyone that wants to see it.
This is a chance to get into a sportfish that can run with the modern boats for a fraction of the price. Many people say the 53 was one of Oceans best riding hulls. Combine that with this engine package and you get a fishing machine that will get you where you want to go quickly.
The boat will require some mechanical work and cosmetic work if you choose. The boat ran from Fort Lauderdale to its current location in Fort Pierce with no issues. The owner had a mechanic go over the engines after it arrived in Fort Pierce and he was told it needs new risers. The boat has not been used since.
Overview
The 53 Ocean features a spacious interior with the salon, dinette, and galley on the same level for easy flow and functionality. Upon entry, an L-shaped settee with a cocktail table is to port, and the main electrical panel is located to starboard. Forward, the galley and dinette provide a comfortable space for entertaining or extended cruising.
Below, the companionway houses a stacked washer and dryer, a guest cabin and head to starboard, and a VIP stateroom with a double berth to port. The forward master stateroom offers a walk-around queen berth, ample storage, and an ensuite head with a stand-up shower.
The flybridge provides plenty of seating and great visibility, while the 118 sq. ft. cockpit is tournament-ready.
