This Ocean 40 Super Sport is very clean. It has been lovingly maintained by meticulous owners. She is a high performance convertible with a unique 2 stateroom layout. The galley is up, equipped with a 2 burner electric cooktop, microwave, stainless sink and Sub Zero refrigerator.

Located in the salon, a step up, is the 4 person dinette. Down the steps on the port side, is the centerline queen master cabin. The master has plenty of storage and a hanging locker. On the flybridge is a Garmin 7212 touchscreen charplotter with 24" closed array radome. There is a Robertson autopilot, Autohelm depth gauge, joystick for the bowthruster and a compass.

The engine room is easily accessed from the cockpit, no need to lift salon floorboards. Underneath the engine room access is a Westerbeke generator with 980 hours. There are dripless shaft seals, Reverso oil change pump, 4 group 31 batteries and an engine driven bilge pump.

This is defininitely not a boat that has ever been neglected. In fact at the time of this listing being posted, the owners added 300 gallon of fuel.
