We purchased Maajhi Re in August of 2018 from long-time owners who had completed numerous significant upgrades and cruised her throughout the Pacific for many years and into the Pacific Northwest. These upgrades will be detailed below but the highlights are:
· Repainted topsides and deck Awlgrip
· Complete teak deck replacement with 1st grade teak, glued not screwed
· Repowered with new Beta 60, 2017, current engine hours approximately 650 hrs
· Velvet Drive transmission completely reconditioned 2017
· All standing rigging was replaced in 2014 and she has been in fresh water since 2018 with very light use since that time
In August 2018 she was moved from Seattle to Kentucky Lake near our home for several years of refit and familiarization close to home. Our plans were to then do extensive cruising, but

family and health issues have changed those plans. These refit items will be detailed below but several highlights are:
· She has been in fresh water for the past seven years and it is a delightful and easy trip to Mobile Bay via the Tennessee River and the Tennessee Tom-Bigby waterway (mast down). Hundreds of boats completing the Great Loop pass through Kentucky Lake every fall so the fortunate buyer would be able join this group this fall.
· Addition of two Webasto reverse heat pump units.
· Complete new B&G instrumentation, chart plotter and 4G radar
· New Next Gen 3.5 KW genset, approximately 5 hours
· Stainless steel stern arch with davits and an additional 300 watts solar bringing total solar to 480 watts.
Maajhi Re comes with an extensive assortment of spare parts and power tools including a sewing machine.
