- Bottom job w/ barrier coat & Propspeed,
- Cutlass bearing on the main engine shaft, and
- Rebuilt galley peninsula upper cabinet w/ new veneer (previously discolored, but gorgeous now - see picture)
On top of that, the installation of a brand new Northern Lights 9kW generator will be complete by the end of February. This capable cruiser in now completely dialed in!

ONE LIFE is one of the last Nordhavn 46's manufactured and hull # 79 benefits from the improvements made to this popular Nordhavn over the life of the model. She is the preferred "Plan A" layout having a primary stateroom with ensuite head amidship and a large guest cabin with additional head forward. You'll like how this vessel is configured with a reliable Lugger main engine and Yanmar wing, Northern Lights 8kW generator, both bow and stern thrusters, NAIAD active fin stabilization, water-maker, etc. ONE LIFE is lovely with her cushions and headliners having recently been redone and her Herreshoff interior brightening up the staterooms. Subtle features like Huper Optik window treatment/tint on all windows (except forward-facing pilot-house), Phantom retractable screens on all doors, and a custom cockpit cover with side screens (New 2022) add to this N46's livability.
