Ski-daddle is a 1988 Capital Yachts Newport 27 Mk3 designed by C & C with a 5.16 fin-keel. spade rudder and a Universal M-18 Diesel engine. The efficient layout has standing head room of 6'1" and has a V berth that can be closed off by thick curtains as well as a quarter berth with a door. Additional berths are available with a convertible settee that sleeps 2.(port) and 1 additional on the opposite settee. (Starboard). Between the settee ia a double folding leaf table for easy access during meals. There is an enclosed head with shower port side aft along with a split galley, (stove is on starboard side) and sink and ice box on the port side. The interior of the boat is a beautiful wood which makes Ski-daddle feel very warm and inviting. The boat is versatile and can be used as a day sailor or as a capable cruiser. Recent updates are new batteries 2021, LED lights in cabin 2019, new LED anchor light 2016, new vhf antenna and cable 2016, new VHF radio 2016, new bow and stern lights 2016. Rewired mast lights 2016, deck and steaming lights replaced with LED. Hull was repaired of osmotic blisters, barrier coat and bottom painted. 2019.
