This boat was custom built for the original owner and was used very lightly until sold in 2023 to the current owner. The Morgan 44 is a sleek and swift blue water cruising boat. The cockpit is deep with high combings that create a sense of security in all conditions. The aft deck is large enough to accommodate deck chairs and the lazarette is flush to allow more usable deck space. The deck's nonskid is in excellent condition and gives a good foothold. The beautiful teak interior has two staterooms with private heads.

Work completed in 2023: Replace interior lights with LEDs. Engine injectors and pump was pulled and serviced. New VHF with AIS installed. New cockpit and bimini canvas installed. New batteries. New Garmin chart plotter and transducers. Fuel lines replaced. Heat exchanger hoses replaced. Forward head replaced. New self-furling 130% Jib added. Added LED running lights and spreader lights. Refer serviced. Outboard motor serviced.
Work in 2024: New battery charger. Fresh bottom paint and zincs replaced. Aft head shower pump replaced.
To be completed prior to sale: Replace all hatch seals and acrylic. Renew propane locker and slide shelf in Lazarette. Replace all three sink fixtures. Replace main sheet traveler blocks.
