This boat has been located in Lake Tahoe, fresh water for the past 15 plus years.

1. A new Cummins 330 hp engine on the port side was replaced and has 335 hours on that and on the starboard side the engine has 893 hours on it.
2. New carpets were installed in 2023 in the aft deck and fly bridge.
3. Custom HMC mattress is in the master with new sheets still in the package and custom duvet cover was made for it.
4. New heating/AC units (2) were installed in 2023.
5. New LG Smart TV was installed in the salon in 2023.
