The exterior teak varnish is flaking off. All teak is observed in good structural condition and is ready for the new owner's choice of conditioning.
The seller states both engines run strong. Replaced batteries Sept-2023
The existing generator is not operational; the seller reports he bought the boat in its current condition; 488 hours observed on the analog meter
