Manufacturer Provided Description
The Mako 282 is a big, roomy center console that's a proven performer. With a length of just over 28 feet and a beam of 8 feet, 6 inches, she'll handle the seas beautifully. The large center console allows all the latest electronics to be mounted easily and conceals an optional electric head. She boasts the most rod storage of any 28-footer, loads of storage in her bow seating compartments, a forward casting deck, large bow anchor storage and a livewell bigger than most 40-footers have (and the drainage and circulating pumps are standard). Her performance, handing and comfort are outstanding. Foam-filled and self-bailing, this boat is one result of more than 30 years of experience in building offshore fishing machines.
