FRESH WATER BOAT! this is the ever popular affordable motoryacht. she has a great layout! 2 stateroom with 2 heads, galley and dinette down, and salon up. this boat in particular has newer full canvas as of 2023! this fully enclosed upstairs/deck if you will affords a tremendous amount of added liveaboard space. there is also; swim platform, flybridge helm steering, windlass anchor, ample walkarounds, large aft deck. she is powered by twin fresh water cooled 5.7 crusader inboards that efficiently will cruise her in the upper teens and top out in the mid 20's. they have appx 1100 hours on them since new. there is a generator and air conditioning and heat as well. upper steering controls and lower steering controls, 2 zone air and heat, depth finder, galley has a newer sink and faucet, large fridge, 2 burner electric range, microwave oven too. flat panel tv in the salon.there is also a drop back portion of the canvas not shown. this would go from the back of the flybridge portion of the enclosure to enclose just the fly bridge if wanted.
