This extremely well cared for Aluminum Hull Houseboat was custom ordered by its current owner. The flybridge was deleted to allow you to sneak under bridges that other boats of this size can't. The large salon has all of the comforts of home with wide open living space and natural light coming in from large windows. The Galley features full sized household appliances. With a stove/range combo, microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher you can make snacks or full-blown meals like you were at home and the dishwasher handles the dishes while you entertain or go for a swim. The dining area is well lit and gets plenty of natural light through a large window beside it.
The guest stateroom is located in the passageway Port and Mid Ship. It features a large berth with it's own window for great sunrises. The utility room and one of the many storage areas is accessible from a short stairwell under the berth. There you will find a washer dryer stack unit and tons of storage including built in shelving.
Further Aft you come to the head that has access from the passageway and the Master Stateroom. It has a porcelain head attached to a treatment system, a large walk-in shower and a full-sized vanity.
The Master stateroom is full beam and full of room. With a large bed, large closet, shelves and as an added bonus you have an almost stand-up storage room under the stateroom that was also designed to be used an office. And the view out the back sliding door is sure to please.
On the back deck is a spiral staircase to take you to the upper deck area. You will also find the 2-year old Mitsubishi Mini Split system that cools and heats the entire boat.
The boat is powered by 2 Volvo 3.0L Sterndrives that maneuver the boat well around the dock and cruise efficiently on the River Systems. A Westerbeke generator takes care of all your AC power needs while away from the dock.
This is an exceptionally clean houseboat that was custom ordered by experienced houseboat owners. The slip she's currently in is transferable and conveniently located on the Tennessee River.
