This 2012 Lagoon 450 is priced well below market-supported by a recent $380K survey (Sept. 2025). The vessel does require typical ongoing maintenance, but is not a project boat. Systems are functional, and she is fully capable of cruising as-is while a new owner continues routine work.
Originally part of a reputable charter fleet, she later moved into private ownership. She completed a successful Atlantic crossing in July 2024, confirming her capability as a bluewater cruising catamaran. The popular 4-cabin / 4-head layout makes her suitable for families, private cruising, or charter operations outside the U.S.
The yacht is not for sale to US residents while in US waters.
