Dinghy included. There are 4 cabins and 3 heads. One head is converted into storage/work bench. The vessel underwent extensive refitting in the Fall of 2021 through February 2022. ALL new nav gear including new plotter. New Spade 65lb anchor, 200' G43 Acco chain, with new SS swivel. New trampoline. New 18,000 BTU AC's installed 2018. New wiring throughout, including new engine wiring, with all lights now LED. Set up as a liveaboard, with 3 x 327 w solar panels and a watermaker.
Engines are fitted with folding props. High quality Typhoon dinghy and 20 HP outboard included. New running rigging. New Harken 40 winch and all winches recently serviced. New headsail in 2020. New Waldor boom brake (slows down the boom swing). AIS also installed. Upgrades for 2022-2023: 2022-Replaced port a boat w/bris dinghy and new engine. Registered dinghy w/state of Florida. 110 rewired by marine electrician to be compliant with all marinas and replaced shore power cord. 2023- Replaced engine starter, sails and sail bag are currently being replaced.
They are still building the bag, so new sails haven't been put on. New fenders and some new rope lines, converted salon table to be lowered into a daybed & raised to be a table and replaced rub rail on starboard side. There are many more upgrades as well but to fully appreciate this vessel you will have to come see it for yourself!
