Euphoria has been mechanically retrofitted in 2024 and is ready for her new owner. The Johnson 70 is a Bill Dixon design with enormous exterior and interior spaces and fast performance. This boat has the range to cruise and the space to sleep up to 8 in 4 separate staterooms. Her layout is an entertainment and liveaboard dream and she flows flawlessly from her oversized swim step to the extremely large aft deck. you enter through double glass slider doors to a spacious salon with service bar. The spacious galley just forward offers a fully updated kitchen with newer appliances with trash compactor and dishwasher with a dinette adjacent. The owner's stateroom is located aft via a separate staircase and boasts a king bed with ensuite head and walk in closet. There is also a full sized washer and dryer stack in a separate closet. Two beautifully appointed guest staterooms and heads are forward. The upper flybridge has a enclosed Strataglass windscreen so it can be open air with protection underway. It has plenty of guest seating with sink and refrigerator. There is also a patio style sun deck with included dinghy and hoist. Johnson makes a comfortable and luxurious motor yacht with four staterooms, four heads and showers. It has one of the best layouts for entertaining that we have seen, with a HUGE covered aft deck and an easy flow from the salon and galley. The Johnson 70 had a decade plus production run and is very popular due to its enormous exterior and interior volume and fast performance. It is a Bill Dixon design, who has produced many successful production and custom builds over the last 27 years.
