Jefferson Yachts are well respected Taiwan built. The interior teak and joinery is impeccable! "Brown Eyed Girl" features a spacious main deck salon, 3 private cabins with crew quarters forward of the galley-down and an aft master stateroom and 3 heads. She boasts a beautiful interior and is a perfect live aboard due to her size and the split engine room design. She is economical at a cruising speed of 12 kts and a max speed of 17 kts. The vessel displacement makes this a sea kindly yacht.
Coming aboard the yacht you enter the large full-width main salon that is trimmed in teak and separated from the lower bridge by the entertainment center, wine/beverage fridge and glass etched mural. The main salon features comfortable and attractive furnishings including a full leather sofa and matching love seat and leather recliner, end tables and coffee table and a portable table that extends to seat up to 8 people. The flooring is solid wood with removable panels allowing additional engine access. The headliner is white vinyl with wood trim and recessed halogen lighting. Windows and doors are covered by blinds and/or roll-down shades.
Aft of the Main Salon is the FRP Aft Cockpit featuring FRP sides with sliding windows and stainless steel welded safety rails with dodgers and the FRP sole has laid-down carpet. There is a wet bar to starboard, recessed lighting, rod holders and stereo speakers. Drainage is provided by overhead scuppers at the aft corners.
Forward of the Main Salon is the lower bridge with 3 large panel windshield with wipers, port and starboard doors with glass panels and windows, ample space for the navigation station and a bench seat. Forward and down from the lower bridge is the galley-down with a U-shaped solid surface counter, a full fridge, large stainless steel sink, 4 burner stove/oven, microwave, ample storage with pull-out drawers, GE trash compacter all to starboard. To port is the settee with adjustable table with pull-out drawers. Forward of the galley-down is the Vee Berth cabin with ensuite head with separate shower, bunk beds, hanging locker, and opening deck hatch.
Aft of the Galley is the passage to the starboard midship guest cabin with double berth and ample storage space, teak hanging locker, cabinets and night stand. The very spacious Guest head is directly across on the port side with solid surface counter and molded sink and separate shower stall. Forward of the guest head on the port side is the Washer/Dryer cabinet. Aft of the Guest cabin and head to port and starboard is access to the engine rooms.
At the aft end of the passage is the full-width Owner's cabin with 2 lighted hanging lockers, desk, built-in nightstands and ample storage. The ensuite head features solid surface counter with molded sink and separate shower. All three cabins are trimmed entirely in teak, wood flooring and laid down carpeting.
The upper helm station on the fly bridge is accessed from the lower bridge via a stainless steel and teak ladder with a folding hatch and hinged doors. The FRP helm console features a full set of engine gauges, controls and navigation equipment. There is a single pedestal seat with an L-shaped bench to port and storage below. The sole is FRP with laid-down carpet. The canvas bimini top attached to the radar arch which is hinged can be lowered to allow additional bridge clearance. Aft of the upper helm station is the sundeck that offers a wet bar with storage, ice maker and ample space for sun loungers, seats and dingy storage.
FRP transom with 4' transom extension and lazarette storage below with attached swim platform with retractable stainless steel swim ladder. Transom also features a hot/cold shower, stainless and teak boarding ladder to the aft cockpit.
