I've got another great listing to share, a beautiful 2013 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 44 Deck Saloon.
The 44 Deck Saloon features a 3 cabin / 2 head configuration. The owners cabin is aft and is the entire width of the boat, with a huge island type bed and lots of storage.
"A Cats Paw" is outfitted for extended cruising / passagemaking and is in excellent condition. She has in-mast mainsail furling, furling jib, plus addl' sails, a well-maintained Yanmar 57hp engine (appx 1248 hours) with a SailDrive and 3-blade folding prop.

The combination of a Philippe Briand designed hull and an interior and deck design by Franck Darnet & Flahault Design has yielded a boat that is not only a joy to sail, but exceptionally comfortable. All sheets are lead aft to the helm to make sail handling very simple for a short-handed crew. The rudder design / size create a very stable, easy-handling boat, both under sail in gusty conditions and under power when docking, etc. But the thing that really sets the 44ds apart from others is the full-width aft cabin with huge island bed. The 44ds also includes an over / under bunk-beds cabin forward to port that provides great accomodations and lots of additional storage ability.
