Grace is in great condition! Turn-key and ready to go with only 306 hours on the 21hp Yanmar 3YM20. Both main and 112 genoa sails are serviced yearly through Quantum Sails, and the boat includes an asymmetrical spinnaker sail. This is the second owner, and the maintenance has been done by him...only oil changes, fuel and air filters, and impellers have been necessary. Isinglass replaced in 2024, B&G Electronics include wind, depth, speed, auto pilot, and GPS...there is NO BOWTHRUSTER.

She is very accommodating with 2/3 births, single semi-dry head, dual sittee, and leaf table. The forward birth is a double-V, the starboard aft is a double birth, and, on the port side, there is a storage area through the shower that can be used as a birth. Jeanneau makes a mattress, but one is not included.

Outside can accommodate upwards of eight people, but one of the nicest features is she can be easily sailed single-handedly. Dual helms, clutches sets, winches, and auto-pilot can be easily accessed from behind either helm, and there's an electric windlass for easy anchoring. Grace also has a drop-down swim platform that makes for great water fun or a place to put out a couple of chairs to enjoy the view.
