This Jeanneau 45 offers an extraordinary value at this price, she's in very nice condition and loaded with equipment.  This boat suffered some soot damage in the starboard side aft cabin, new cushions, upholstery and headliner have been installed.  There is no evidence of the soot and it was confined to the single cabin. The damage is a non-issue but is being disclosed in full transparency...
