JC Suntoon - Mechanics Special

This unit has gone through a full inspection and is in need of many repairs, we can share our estimate with you. The majority of the repairs can be performed here at an additional cost. The transom welds will need to be done by a professional welder.

Please note, this unit does NOT have a trailer.

Notes:

  • Horn may need to be replaced or a wiring issue
  • Radio may need to be replaced or a wiring issue
  • Steering cable cracked and rusted, may need to be replaced
  • Install anchor light and plug
  • Replace pins for bimini supports
  • Fuel gauge may need to be replaced
  • Replace missing bimini boot snaps
  • Courtesy lights may need to be replaced or a wiring issue
  • Transom needs to be welded in several places where it is cracked
  • Nav lights need to be fastened
  • Replace starting battery
  • Replace port stern end cap
  • Adjust oil pump and sync carbs
  • Motor starts hard
  • Water PSI gauge may need to be replaced
  • Rebuild prop
