Brokers Remarks

Lone Star has benefited from several massive updates and refits over the past 10 years.   All of the big expensive projects have been completed.   As she sits today, the boat is ready to go back to coastal cruising.

The built in refrigeration has been removed in order to provide additional dry food storage, and a 12V Engel 45qt chest refrigerator provides a good amount of refrigerated storage.   Reinstalling a built-in compressor and evaporator is not a complicated project if her new owner wishes to have it back to its original functionality.   She also has room for 2 more batteries in order to double the AH rating of the house bank.
