Hunter Legend 37 "St. Anna" with standard hoist mainsail and shoal wing/bulb keel is an always fresh water boat daysailed in the southern waters of Lake Michigan. She has had excellent overall maintenance. Bimini and dodger. The non-skid decks are in beautiful condition having been recently repainted. Topsides bright and shiny, VC-17 bottom in silky smooth condition; new rudder, sails and electronics new in 2022-2023, belowdecks in excellent condition with centerline aft cabin queen-sized berth/aft head layout and super roomy forward cabin - zero boat smell! Cushions are excellent. Reverse cycle heat and AC installed in 2017 - and an electric main halyard winch!
Being stored in a heated building this off season. (November 2024)
