Currently owned by a retired airline pilot, he selected her after going through survey on several different vessels. He has thoughtfully maintained and upgraded her. Some recent upgrades include
- Headsail repaired and had a new UV cover installed
- New foam inside of the cusions
- New shifter cable
- Upgraded to all LED bulbs in the cabin
- New chartplotter
- 2 new AGM batteries for the house and 1 for the engine (2024)

- There is a spare set of sails in good condition with a spinnaker

- There is a dodger that can be fitted, current owner has never used it
- Freshly filled CNG tank for the galley stove
- Reverse Cycle AC/Heat works excellently and owner has improved insulation and sound dampening in rear berth.
