PLEASE SEE THE VERY LAST OF THIS ADD and save $ $ $ ' s ! !
Look at this GREAT Value! The Hunter 34 is a BIG 34' boat! Lots of interior volume down below with her 11' 7" beam with large amounts of usable space above deck as well! Not only does this boat have a lot of room, it also sails well. She is FAST !
Sporting a huge custom bimini, general condition and all of her options she should have an asking price of at least 29,900 !!!! But in looking the boat over most everything is VERY delightful but we found that the starboard forward deck area has some moisture intrusion and thus we need to make a price concession to make an equitable offering. That is why we only ask 21,500.00 for the boat and not 30,000.00 or better. BUT NOW AT 17,900.00 THIS FRESHWATER HUNTER 34 IS A "DEAL" ! ! !
This boat is TOTALLY safe for sailing and putting her through the rigors of sailing. But at only 21,500.00 this affords a person the opportunity to get an otherwise very decent boat for a VERY reasonable price. This deck area can be repaired by a motivated person. For the "right" person, this imperfection will make this boat an even better value. Again, she is ready to go sailing right now. One can deal with the stbd fwd deck down the road. Let's go Sailing !
And there are other positives: SHE IS A 100% FRESH WATER BOAT ! !
Next the diesel was replaced roughly 250 or so hours ago of operation.
She is Attractive! Then we have the most striking color of the stripes and interior cushions - - black cushions and black stripes on the hull along with black sailcover and bimini. Most distinctive.
Lightly used for the last years 6 years she is most attractive and ready to sail.
And with all of the exterior wood refinished recently, she is a pleasure to look at and will treat you and your crew well form many a year.
This boat is located @ Pickwick Lake on the Tenn. River about 1.5 miles from the start of the Tom Bigbee Waterway that can take you to the Gulf Coast under her own power. THAT CAN GREATLY REDUCE THE COST OR RELOCATION. Might want to take a look! You'll see that this is 34 has a great layout for family time on the lake at a fraction the cost of a lake home. Not to mention, the wind is free!
We will be happy to assist you in your purchase from start to finish - - from survey, to financing, to transporting and re-commissioning if needed. Remember, everyone is entitled to a 2nd home tax deduction, so given that this boat can qualify for 10 to 12 year money, she can be bought for approximately $250 or less per month and you can deduct the interest from your taxes!! So, what are you waiting for ? Please give us a call and let's make this Hunter 34 YOUR Hunter 34 ! !
