Purchased in 2012 from the original owner. Sailboat always been on Lake Minnetonka located in Minnesota all it's life. Seller has updated, replaced or repaired everything possible, including all of the hoses (fuel, waste, water, etc.)
AC was professionally installed (2022) and has 3 vents, one in aft cabin, one in main saloon, one in forward cabin. Return air vent to the ac unit is located in the head. AC/ Heat runs great and was a life saver on hot days and cool nights.
Custom mattress in aft cabin and includes three sets of custom bedding and two bedspreads.
