This is an extremely well-kept boat with a very knowledgeable owner, all systems work great, Coast Guard documented, refrigerator, a/c, tank monitoring system, macerator, solar panels, trickle charger, 60'-5/16 anchor chain 200 feet of rope rode with a Bruce anchor, davits for dingy, 2014 Hypalon mercury dingy with 3.5 HP mercury dingy engine, magma propane grill, origo stove and oven, cockpit shower, hot and cold water, am-fm-cd player, VHF radio, handheld VHF, 2-Garmin GPS units, autohelm autopilot, depth gauge, all interior and exterior lights changed to LED's, no exterior teak all changed to starboard but have all original pieces, shade-windscreen curtains for the cockpit, dodger/Bimini new 2019, sails re-conditioned 2023, bottom job and paint 12/2023, new prop 2020, bottom cleaned and zincs checked monthly, awesome lady ready for a new owner!
