2011 Hinckley Yachts Picnic Boat 37 MKIII

ANNIE BEAU is a beautiful example of the Picnic Boat Mark III. She has been used exclusively as a day boat with limited engine hours. She was outfitted with no expense spared, was fully serviced by Hinckley Yacht Service in Maine until 2020, and has lived in FRESHWATER since then. She has been in heated storage each winter since new.

ANNIE BEAU, a 2011 Hinckley Picnic Boat Mark III, is an excellent example of one of the most popular Hinckley models. The Picnic Boat Mark III features powered pilothouse windows and overhead hatches, a modern hull designed for exceptional rough-water performance and amenities that include a transom door, facing settees in the pilothouse and easy engine access. She was highly upgraded by her original owner during the build with many desirable options like the larger Volvo 370 hp engines, a generator and full air conditioning, and additional teak throughout the pilothouse and cockpit. She was Hinckley maintained until 2020, and the previous owner had a professional captain keeping her in excellent condition. Since then, she has lived in FRESHWATER, and has always been stored inside, heated storage. Ellie has been professionally maintained since arriving in Harbor Springs.

HULL AND DECK

Construction of the hull is Hinckley DualGuard® Composite Construction Kevlar E-glass hybrid outer skin. Aircraft grade end-grain balsa below the waterline. Carbon-fiber inner skin. SCRIMP® laminated with vinylester resin. Deck and cockpit are E-glass with balsa and closed-cell foam core, SCRIMPED with vinylester resin.

COCKPIT

INTERIOR BELOW

The interior is finished in satin-varnished cherry. The cabin sole is varnished teak and tulipwood and has a custom cabin sole cover. Louvered cherry locker doors and (5) Frigast stainless steel bulkhead lights add to the cabin ambience.

Entry is from the pilothouse companionway to the galley to port, private head to starboard and the V-berth accommodations forward.

The stove is set in the countertop and has a cutting board stove cover that adds to the already ample counter space surrounding the sink. The sink has a Corian cover. Microwave is built in outboard. The refrigeration is mounted aft and is accessed by a counter lift-up top. A "pantry" locker with louvered door and several shelves separates the galley from the forward V-berth area and houses the stereo system.
