Overall, the vessel is in fair condition with all essential systems operating properly. There has been some previous water intrusion in parts of the interior, as shown in the photographs. The affected areas appear to be purely cosmetic, with no signs of current leakage.

The owner is currently attending to several maintenance items, including replacing the hinges on the forward berth door, installing new salon windows to address cracking, and replacing and reconnecting the batteries.
