FORE DECK

FORE DECK sport a great seating area utilizing wide molded in bench seat facing forward that should seat 6-7 adults.  2 Deck storage boxes that seat 2 each.

The Ideal Windlass above deck has been re-chromed, the under deck mechanical has been service and a new 24V motor installed. The windlass has been rewired and a new deck mounted "Up" foot switch installed.  Deployment is by friction release.2019

FLYBRIDGE DECK

Flybridge is accessed via ladder from the back deck through a hatch.  The remote helm is centerline within the fiberglass surround, the SS wheel, duplicate gauges and controls. 

 

To the  port side of the dash is a remote Raymarine Nav Pod with Raymarine E80, Autopilot control and plugin for the hand held vhf.

To port and starboard of the helm are molded bench seats. 

The aluminum, powder coated radar arch hosts all the antennas and a pair of deck lights

Around the deck hatch is a 2" polished SS rail. 

Around the back deck are double life lines supported on the aft corners with 2" polished SS pulpits.

On each pulpit is mounted a 35,000 lumin rear backup light.

The flybridge deck was completely re-cored in 2019 with 1" rigid epoxy foam coring

 

 

 

BRIDGE

The Bridge is a true self contained wheelhouse accessed on deck from the enclosed back deck and up 3 steps from the salon.

It is spacious well laid out functional wheelhouse. 6' across the back wall is bench seating under which are 8 drawers  Floor is teak and maple planking sealed with Bona Natural sealing in the beauty of the wood. 

The ceiling is new vinyl headliner with 3 new Imtra recessed dimmable white/red 12 V led lights.

The wood in the wheel house is teak and some mahogany all sealed and finished with high gloss varnish.

Looking forward to port is the 240//120/24V electrical panel.  The DC electrical was converted throughout the ship from 32V to 24V  Most lighting throughout  has been converted from 110V to 24V

The SS wheel is center with Airbox shutoff pull nobs on either side.

Right of the wheel is the 15KW Onan generator control panel.

Directly in front of the wheel is the Danforth compass and all engine monitoring gages.

Overhead of the wheel are the electronic instrument controls: 

2 new VHF radios, Auto Pilot, Air Horn and windshield wiper control panel, SSB (perhaps original)

Deck in front of the instrument control panel is covered with charcoal carpet

The Raytheon 120 color multi display monitor is mounted on a Starboard base which can be moved from in front of the helm station to the port side for easier access when plotting.

The electric wire chase is to port of the helm on which is mounted Chelsea Barometer and clock(modified to battery) also the new switch for the new high lumen pair of back up flood lights mounted on the Flybridge deck rear rails.

Forward Cabin (crews quarters)

FORWARD CABIN V BERTH WITH ENSUITE HEAD AND SHOWER

  • Floor is Mahogany and maple planking (2019)
  • Hanging closet is cedar lined (2019)
  • Ceiling is plywood panells with vinyle cover,  LED lights, modern interior screen/shade hatch cover (2019)
  • V Berth new foam cushions covered in off white sunbrella (2019)
  • Hull sides covered with padded vinyl fabric white 
  • Great amount of drawer storage
  • Heas has new black Quartz counter with blue glass vessel bowl and bronze faucet new (2022)
  • Cabinet is resurfaced and painted with an silver aluminum base coat covered with a semi sheer medium blue finish coat
  • Medicine cabinet appears to be original built in with a mahogany varnished and mirrored door 
  • Walls are painted with flat dove grey with brass and SS towel racks
  • Ceiling appears to be a fiberglass panel with LED light and curtain rail
  • Shower head is a brass hand held
  • Electric toilet sitting atop a teak and maple planked raised floor (2019)
  • Standing area is a shower floor panel with drain
  • Electric switch for the sink area is outboard of the sink on the wall activating the above the cabinet
  • Switches for the overhead lights and the toilet are to the left of the toilet on the base cabinet
  • 2 sets of towel racks and matching toilet paper dispenser.
Galley
  • Floor is teak and holly recent but not new
  • Dinette was removed; mahogany maple planking installed to expand the functionality of the galley  
  • Floor hatch to access the 11 gal hot water heater, 80 gal water tank and bilge below
  • Refrigerator is a SAMSUN Smart frig with double doors and large freezer below, new 2024
  • 2 draw Kenmore Elite dishwasher (2019) topped by a heavy duty butcherblock work space. Attached to the side of the dishwasher but under the top is a tray storage cabinet
  • Kenmore Elite electric range with full lower oven  and toaster oven above. The range top is a 5 burner glass top (not new but serviced)
  • Full size exhaust fan hood Kenmore Elite with new ducting leading to exterior of the hull through the forward cabin closet
  •  The range wall is cover with polished stainless steel on 3 sides (2019)
  • GE Microwave 2015
  • Ceiling panels covered by vinyl with 3 recessed LED 120V lights.  Outside walls have soft white LED lighting so you never work in the gallen in your shadow.
  • Bookshelf for cookbooks or toaster oven over the dishwasher
  • Counter top to port is original as is the 2 basin SS stink with new faucet system and soap dispenser.  A new quartz counter top has been purchased and will be installed for the new owner included will be a new sink. 
Salon
  • Vinyl headlner with LED track lighting
  • Mirrored aft wall with access panel to the electrical system
  • 2" SS Rail from wheelhouse into salon 2018
  • Sliding windows with screens port and starboard removed and rebedded in 2019
  • New Mahagny panels in 2019 thoughout the salon
  • HVAC ducting with shutoff damping box controlled manually from salon. This shuts down the air into the engine room in the event of a fire, mounted behind the new mahogany port and starboard panels
  • Main engine electrical 24V Perko shut off switches for each engine located on the port and starboard salon wall panel forward end.  Also included in the port side switch cabinet is the main shutoff for the Ideal Windlass 24V
  • Counter tops custom made in mahogany with 5 coats of clear Awlgrip / both sides of the steps leading to the galley
  • On the forward wall overlooking the galley is the electrical switches for the galley both 110V and 24V
  • Hung from the ceiling and forward panels is wall to wall storage cabinets
  • Floor over the engine room is 3/4" marine plywood covered by custom made wall to wall nylon Berber weave with rubber backing.
  • Floor access hatch to the engine compartment below
  • Back wall is covered with mirror panels
  • Ceiling has 2 6' tracts each with 2 led lights
  • Custom made HiLo dining table with custom made L shaped vinyl covered sofa
  • Addition custom made table with 2 inserts to seat 4. This hangs on the wall when needed, otherwise stored in a custom canvas bag in the guest cabin
  • 2 matching swivel barrel back chairs newly upholstered in 2019 over oak frames

LAUNDRY

The laundry is aft of the main salon behind a door, at the bottom of the 3 step leading to the aft cabins.

The washer and drier are the apartment size Whirlpool Stacked units with 2025 service to replace both washer and drier timer units.

AMIDSHIP GUEST CABIN

Aft of the Salon and down 3 steps to Port is the large Guest midship cabin with Queen bed and cedar lined closet. 

Beige nylon Berber carpet and new vinyl headliner with new LED overhead recessed light activated by a remote wall switch, new in 2019

4 large under bed drawers, 2 bedside vanity with 3 drawers each and a pair of original bulkhead reading lights

One of the wall outlets has cell phone charging port, new 2023.

MASTER CABIN

At the back of the boat is the large full width, 15' Master Cabin with Queen bed and double cedar lined his/her closet to port and a bank of drawers to starboard.  Aft is a wide deck under which is a secondary 80 gal water tank and hydraulic steering apparatus. 

Floor is covered with nylon Berber carpet.  Under the floor is the shower drain sump from which the water is pumped overboard.  Also in the bilge is a 3000 gals/hr bilge pump.  

Overhead lighting supplies ample lighting along with adjustable armed original wall mounted reading lights.  Around the perimeter and behind the varnished valances is indirect led rope mood lights actived from a portable switch.

Overhead is a 2' x 2' screened escape hatch leading to the aft end of the back deck.  Since the hatch is an emergency escape hatch, the screen was removed and heavy gage paper put in.(this also prevents any dust from the upper deck into the cabin).

 

Guest Head (bathroom)

Across the hallway from the mid guest cabin is the new guest bathroom/head with shower. This very classy head sports a ribbon mahogany wall, cabinet face and countertop veneer sealed with 5 coats of spayed on clear Awlgrip.

Mounted on the counter is the onyx vessel bowl with the rubbed bronze waterfall faucet

Floor is new teak and maple planking sealed with Bona Natural allowing the beauty of the teak to maintain it newness without the appearance of varnish.

Overhead is all new vinyl headliner.  On the forward wall near the ceiling is a new high powered 120V exhaust fan activated from new Bluesea electrical switches.

The toilet is a Dometic Vacuflush.  Aft end of the head is the shower stall with original aluminum framed glass shower doors.

The head is lighted by all 24V LED lights activated by all new Blue Seas toggle switches, to include  wall, ceiling and kick space lighting.

MASTER BATHROOM

The ensuite Master head is located to starboard and in the forward section of the master cabin.

The wall surrounding the countertop and the cabinet face is veneered with Flame Pattern mahogany sealed with a saturn finish to give its own flavor and personality.   The countertop is black Quartz topped with a honey colored Onyx round vessel sink. Water is dispensed via a tall oil rubbed waterfall faucet.

New teak and maple planked flooring sealed with Bona Natural.  

The toilet is a Dometic Vacuflush.  

All lighting is 12V LED, wall-mounted, and kick space. The Blue Seas rocker switches are mounted just under the counter, along with the Dometic holding tank monitor 

The shower stall is at the forward end of the head

ENGINE ROOM

The engine room is midships, below the salon floor and is access via a hatch in the middle of the salon floor or through crawl space door under the steps leading to the galley.

The engines are Detroit 8V71  turbo and blowers.  Estimated hp is 430 each. 

The engines had top end service done by Bay City Diesel in 20222222 and have approximately 60 hrs on since service.  Heads remove and milled, all new gaskets and tuned.

Forward to port is the Onan 15kw generator that was serviced with belts, hoses and proven 2019. 

Outboard to port is the 80 gal holding tank with new hoses from the 2 vacuflush pressure tanks to the holding tank and holding tank to the deck fitting. Also new vent hose and chrome screened vent.

Also to port is the compressed air tank for the air horn

New starters and alternators for both engines when converted from 32v to 24v electrical system 2015

New wet cell low maintenance starting batteries for the main engine 2023 and generator battery

All new heavy-duty Groco raw water intake valves and strainers for mains 2019

New Groco raw water Intake valve, strainer and hose for generator 2019

New exhaust hoses for the Generator 2019

New Groco thru hull for overboard discharge of holding tank capped with anticipation of installing a macerating overboard blackwater discharge for offshore use.

New Groco thru-hull valve for air conditioning intake 

New Charles Smart Battery Charger 2015

New Fireboy auto-discharge fire suppressing system

New electric pump to top off engine oil 

New removable floor panels in front of each engine to access bilge and pumps
