She boasts a FACTORY HARD TOP, dinghy package W/2023 50HP Honda, and a light & bright oak interior. She has three staterooms, a galley handy to the salon, a forward facing dinette across from the galley, with an aft full beam master stateroom area that features a walk-in closet, & a tub. Her galley is fully equipped to include a Kitchen Aid electric cooktop, Full size fridge and freezer(18cu ft), Sharp Carousel II Microwave/Convection oven, and a Haier Dishwasher new in 2023!! She's equipped wit a stack unit Whirlpool washer & dryer set, a Uline under counter fridge & icemaker on the aft deck, and a 3.5 cu ft. chest freezer. Her Master is full beam aft w/private en-suite head, her VIP/Guest stateroom is forward with a queen island berth w/private en-suite head, there is a third stateroom with over/under bunks, and a third head for day & guest use. Her aft deck is enormous and offers an extended living space that is climate controlled, fully enclosed, while also being able to open her up for fresh air and breeze off the water when desired!!
"LADY GRACE" is powered by twin Detroit 8V92's that are fresh water cooled, very well maintained, and low hours. The STBD. engine was just completely rebuilt due to a clogged fresh water cooling port on one cylinder, and the owner had it fully rebuilt, by reputable Detroit Diesel mechanics with receipts for all the work!! (03/2025)Recent servicing of the cooling system as well was completed in 2025, leaving nothing for her next owners to do other than start using her!! There is an ONAN 20KW generator for powering all her onboard equipment & systems while away from the dock. She also got all new *D batteries in 2024, along with a new Victron Energy Centaur 60amp 24v battery charger w/remote status(2024).
All her safety equipment is also in order, down to the recently inspected 6 person life raft, EPIRB, fire suppression systems, and offshore life jackets.

It’s with great sadness that we offer “Lady Grace” our 1995 52’ Hatteras Motor Yacht for sale. She has been the perfect combination of stout blue water cruiser and luxury live aboard. While only 52’ in length, she handles much like a large yacht offshore while providing the interior living space of a 70’. Her 3 staterooms, 3 full baths, dinette, large salon and formal dining area, helps make Lady Grace a truly great live aboard. Currently moored in Key West @ the Perry Marina & Resort, her location along with her onboard amenities have made the last several years memorable. Unfortunately, life changes require us to move ashore making this beautiful yacht now available for sale.
