GOLDEN OLIVE is a classic version of the popular 52' Hatteras Convertible. She presents the easily identified Hat exterior, with an amazing interior layout that has very roomy accommodations. She features the more popular three cabin layout with dinette and galley on the main level and is powered by the favored 8V-92's 735 HP Detroit's.

Boarding is onto to the large 153 -square foot cockpit. The cockpit has a fighting chair and lower helm controls along with a bait station, sink, refrigerator/freezer/inoperable and storage. There is plenty of room for deck chairs and tables when not fighting big ones. From the cockpit you enter the salon where there is a sofa and seating to starboard and additional seating to port. Forward to port is a dinette and across to starboard is the well laid out galley. There is a full size refrigerator, an under counter refrigerator, an electric cook top, H/C pressure water stainless sink, microwave and lots of storage.Large windows to port and to starboard provide excellent sight lines and lots of natural lighting along with the forward windshield if desired.

Continuing forward are steps down which lead to the lower level accommodations. To starboard is the master with a queen berth and ensuite head with a stall shower. To port is a guest cabin with upper and lower bunks and continuing further forward in the bow is another guest cabin with upper and lower bunks as well. There is a guest head on the port side with a stall shower between the 2 guest cabins.

The flybridge is accessed from the cockpit and has loads of guest seating on a L shaped bench along with an additional bench all with cushions. There is the captain and companion seating at the helm station. Electronics and equipment are listed below. The flybridge is a wonderful place to watch the action and the world going by when cruising.

ELECTRONICS & NAV EQUIPMENT

2-Standard Horizon VHF radios installed at the flybridge, one Eclipse and one Explorer. Danforth Constellaon Compass. 1-Garmin touch screen MFD and 1- Simrad NSS EVO3S MFD along with a a Simrad AP22 Autopilot and a Simrad Open Array Marine Radar. Dual Trumpet Air Horn.
STEREO SYSTEM
Sony MEX-M71BT head unit with speakers.

HVAC/AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
The vessel has one Cruisair EB07C 7,000BTU, one Cruisair EB05 5,000BTU, two Cruisair WFAH7C 7,000BTU, and one Cruisair 5,000BTU. With SMX digital controls. The A/C systems are supplied by two electric water pumps. (Broker note: The salon and guest stateroom ac's are operating. Others need service.)

LAUNDRY SYSTEMS
Frigidaire LC-248J washer and dryer.

One television located in the salon and one located in the main cabin.

The vessel is equipped with rear spreader lights, cockpit overhead lights, and a transom light.

EXTERIOR WASHDOWNS
The vessel is equipped with a raw water washdown located at the port side of the cockpit. Powered by a Seaflow washdown pump.

PORTHOLES/PORTLIGHTS
The vessel is equipped with four portholes, located on the hull sides.

EXTERIOR DOORS
The vessel is equipped with an exterior door, made of teak.

WINDOWS
Tinted & tempered fixed windows located around the salon.

WINDSHIELD
Tempered glass windshield with aluminum frame.

ANCHOR PLATFORM
The vessel is equipped with a molded fiberglass bow pulpit featuring a stainless steel fairlead and an anchor roller chute.

The vessel is equipped with stainless steel rod holders located at the gunnels and flybridge. Fenders and mooring lines included

ENGINE MODEL
Twin, Detroit Diesel 8V92 TI. Reportedly, 735 horsepower each.

ENGINE DETAILS & EQUIPMENT
Port:1248 Starboard: 980 , observed on the engine's analog service hour meters. Main engine instrument gauges were installed at the flybridge. Synchronizaon was provided by a Glendinning electro-mechanical unit. Two air blowers located in the engine room. Groco bronze alloy with sight glass', and underwater strainer screens. Reverso Lubricaon Transfer Pump System. Aluminized Mylar faced foam, thermal & acouscal insulaon in the engine room. Flange & bolt stuffing box type packing glands. Four (4) Racor Primary fuel filter/water separators. Engine mounted Secondary Fuel Filters. Two (2) Fuel Priming Pumps. Fixed fire system. There are four Rule electric bilge pumps, each with float switches, Three are located in the engine room and one is located centerline in the forward bilge.

GENERATOR MODEL
Cummins Onan. L423D-M-10152B. Racor fuel filter/water separator. Engine mounted, spin-on canister type Secondary Fuel Filter. 1355 hours observed on the generator mounted hour meter. 20.0 KW rating. Generator instrument panel installed at the main electrical panel.

DC SYSTEMS VOLTAGE 32/12 volt systems.

BATTERIES
The vessel is equipped with four 8D batteries located in the port and starboard side of the engine space. Four (4) Guest rotary switches, located in the port side of the engine room. The main DC breaker was installed in the main DC breaker panel. DC branch breakers in the main Salon electrical panel, in the engine room and under the helm. Two Victron Energy Centaur 12V 40 AMP battery chargers in the engine room. Three Victron Energy Orion DC voltage converters located at the helm station. 12 Volt outlets at the helm.

AC SHORE POWER SYSTEM VOLTAGE 120/240 volt. Two (2) 50 amp. 120/240 volt shore power inlets. 50 Amp. vinyl shore power cord. The main AC breakers were installed in the main electrical panel. AC branch breakers in the salon's main AC electrical panel and engine room's AC sub-panel. AC Amperage gauges in the main AC electrical panel. Manual slide type source selector located in the main cabin electric panel.

WATER TANKAGE CAPACITY 1- 165 gallon fiberglass tank (per builder). The freshwater pump is a Marpac 12 volt pump. Water level gauge installed at the tank. City water/dock-side hose connection in the cockpit. An electric water heater is located in the starboard side of the engine room.

MSD (MARINE SANITATION DEVICE) SYSTEM (33 CFR 159)
The vessel is equipped with a Type III Marine Sanitaon Device (MSD) Waste System.The MSD system is plumbed to a fiberglass holding tank, located under the companionway. The tank is plumbed to a deck pump out. Integral fiberglass grey water sump tank located under the port head. The grey water tank has a Rule 2000 pump with a float switch.

HELM STATION SYSTEMS AND GROUND TACKLE
Electro-Hydraulic Power Steering with steering reservoirs. Robertson Rudder Angle Gauge. Benne Marine Electro-Hydraulic Trim Tabs. Galvanized Delta Anchor. Galvanized chain and approximately 7/8" braided nylon line. Galley Maid Electric Windlass. Revere Regaa group A life raft.
