"Oz" is a clean Hanse 348, kept in fresh water it's whole life. Light use, with just 185 hours on the upgraded engine. Has the two cabin, 1 head layout that gives you a very large head.
Beds hardly slept on, mostly used as a daysailer. The interior looks close to new.

Cockpit:
The cockpit is an inviting open space. There are helms to port and starboard for ease of handling, with engine controls to starboard. There is nice seating at the helm on the corners, and facing bench seating with a large table made of stainless steel with teak wood leaves and center.
Under the seats are to port access to the large and deep lazarette (also accessible from the head), and to starboard a more shallow storage.
There is a very large drop-down swim platform that truly opens up access off and on, from either the dock, a dinghy, or if going for a swim or dive.
- Dodger – Dark grey Sunbrella Dodger, in excellent shape.
- Winches – Two Lewmar 40 winches in front of each helm that are electric, and two non-electric Lewmar 40 winches forward for the Gennaker.
- Cam Cleats – to port and starboard, behind the settees
- Helm wheels – Two Carbonnutica carbon fiber wheels, three spokes. Beautiful. Have dark grey Sunbrella covers.
- Engine shifter and controls – Located to Port, by the helm, there is a Yanmar RPm Gauge with a digital display, buttons for power, glow, start and stop. Allpa shifter.
- Chartplotter – B&G, mounted on back of cockpit table. Reads charts, depth, wind direction and heading, has autopilot features. No Radar installed.
- VHF (Docked at Nav Station) – B&G H50 wireless
- Repeater displays by each helm – B&G Triton 2 displays. Reads wind speed/direction, depth, heading, speed, position, etc.
- Autopilot – B&G, can be controlled on chartplotter and at the starboard helm via tactile switches
- Table – Stainless steel frame, with foot supports at the base when heeling, a beautiful stainless steel box for the encased chartplotter,, handholds up top and two teak leaves that fold up. Comes with a dark grey Sunbrella cover.
- Sound – Two Fusion speakers by each helm, Fusion controls by port helm (MS-NRX300

- Gennaker – Elvstrom radial woven gennaker with Selden furler, stored in canvas bag. Never been used.
General Description:
This vessel is laid out as a 2 cabin, 1 head layout, which is standard. This means that the head is quite large, and below the cockpit to port is a very large lazarette storage.
There is an L-shaped galley to starboard when you enter, the aft cabin immediately behind it, and the head to Port.
Forward is the salon and nav station. There is an L-shaped settee to starboard, and a straight settee to port, with a large table with leaves in the center. You could sit six at this table. There are 6 closed storages above the settees. At the aft end of the port settee is the navigation station, with a desk with storage inside and above, as well as the AC/DC panel, VHF and controls to the heating.
Forward, past the forward bulkhead is a cabin with a V-berth, and storage.
Galley:
- Counter top – White plastic durable finish, with louvered adges.
- Stove - 2-burner gas stove, gimballed. There is a cover for when not in use that adds a lot of counter space.
- Refrigerator/ Freezer - Isotherm 12 V fridge approx. 130 l, with freezer compartment. It’s a drop-in unit, deep, with a slide out shelf. There is also a second access to another lower section via a small door, and a small freezer compartment.
- Storage – one drawer, two cubbies under counter, two open shelves, three enclosed storages above counter
- Diesel heating outlet by Galley floor
- Waste bin in dedicated storage near stove.
- Stainless steel sink with 2nd smaller sink. Both have covers. Acrylic translucent backspash
Salon:
- Settees – L-shaped settee to starboard, straight settee to starboard. Upholstered in dark beige ultraleather.
- Large table – In satin varnish, made of engineered wood with a faux-wood laminate in a light beige wood. Has two leaves to reach perfectly across to each settee. Can easily sit 6. There is a storage in the center that slides open to reveal space for 4 bottles. The mast’s compression post runs through the front half of the table.
- Storage – 3 cabinets to each side above the settees, storage and under the settees (which also house a bank of 8D house batteries to starboard, some storage behind settees.
- Overhead hatches – two-side to sign large opening hatches with vents
- Sound – 2 x Fusion speakers, Fusion MS-RA205 Stereo
Navigation Station:
- Table – with lift-up lid for storage
- Reading light with USB port
- DC Panel – Turn on lights, fridge, water pressure, winches, windlass, space for more. Has USB port and DC outlet
- VHF – B&G H50 remote that’s wireless, with wireless charging
- VHF – B&G V50 unit with RAM Mic
- LPG Gas controls

Forward Stateroom:

- Storage – Large hanging locker to starboard and shelf to port with 5 shelves; there are to open shelves near the bed for books and phones
- Large overhead hatch
- Access to the water tank is below the bed
Aft Stateroom:
- Diesel heating vent
- Berth – Large double berth; mattresses still have the original plastic covers and have never been used. Under the bed is the fuel tank.
- Storage – Enclosed hanging locker and sperate section with four shelves, and open shelf by bed
- Lights - Two LED reading lights to each side of the bed, with USB ports, one overhead LED light, for natural light there is a hatch and a small, long non-opening port
- Small overhead opening hatch, small opening port into cockpit
- Access hatch to the engine, hatch at the end of bed for mechanical systems
Head:
Accessed to port just down the companionway and across from galley. Very spacious because of the lack of cabin behind it, with a separate shower compartment. It’s mostly finished in white, with simple surfaces that will be easy to keep clean.

- Holding tank - Black water system (appr. 35 l, over 9 gallons) with deck extraction and seacock
- Large sink – molded fiberglass, with modern faucet and faux-stone backsplash that adds elegance. Above sink is recessed ambiance lighting.
- Shower compartment – Furthest aft is the very large shower, all in molded fiberglass, There is a flip-up fiberglass seat, a smoked acrylic folding door (Can easily leave open during showers and not spray everywhere). There is an overhead hatch. The shower handle is modern and high-quality, with a hose.
- Finally, there’s a large door to access the lazarette and a smaller hatch for engine access.
- Storage – Two enclosed storages above sink, with shelves. Under sink, two open shelves and one large, enclosed storage with shelves.
- Lighting – Three overhead light, recessed lighting over sink, and a long window with an open port in the center.
