It's time to make your cruising dreams a reality! This Hans Christian comes with all the gear including full array of electronics, Bimini, Solar Panels and Air conditioning.
New external chain plates are installed and rigging tuned as of June 2025. Spreaders need final adjustments. This boat needs deck and cabin paint sanded and repainted. The exterior woodwork on rails and cockpit needs sanding and revarnishing. Plank boards on the bowsprit need renewal. All interior cushions are missing. There are gimballed mounts for a stove/ oven but no stove/oven comes with the boat. Bronze portholes are in place but require recaulking
Sails are used but workable condition. Engine starts quickly and air conditioning/heat were operating at time of listing. Last bottom job was about 3 years ago. A new bottom job at area boat yards is estimated @$2,000. Area surveyors charge @ $25 per foot so $850. Insurance is estimated @$1,500.
This boat should be considered by an experienced individual with necessary skills to either do the restoration themselves or oversee work done at a boat yard.
